The sizes of the hoods were limited so I went with an XXL just in case. I'm glad I did as it was a little tight and anything else would be too small - so I would recommend ordering a size larger than you think you need. The quality is great and will keep you very warm. My friend Andy also demonstrated how with a few tucks and folds this garment could be transformed into an appropriate period hat that looked quite nice (still learning how he did that) - which I plan on using during warmer weather. It is durable. comfortable, and wears well - combine that with the price and it is a great value! It wasn't exactly what I was looking for as the item I wanted was out of stock, but as a substitute it worked really well. If this is indicative of the quality of all items here (and I have no reason to believe it is not) I will definitely be making future purchases.

Good hood for the price. It's made out of good quality material, it's very deep though, so it's easy to get lost in it and narrows your field of view, but a very good hood for the price.
